Resident Services Coordinator    

Location

  • Lake Havasu City, AZ

Schedule

  • Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm

Scope of Work

  • Work directly residents and on-site staff. Plan, coordinate and implement activities and events, and ensures that all resident services program requirements are met. Serve as a liaison to community agencies, network with community service providers, and seek out new services available to residents. Identify low cost service providers and/or negotiate discounts. Assist other site staff in trouble shooting solutions with residents whose issues that could threaten their housing. Drive residents to scheduled outings.

Requirements

  • 21+ years old
  • High School Degree or GED
  • Valid AZ DL and acceptable MVR
  • Have and maintain reliable transportation and current vehicle insurance
  • Pass background check
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Familiar and competent with Microsoft Word software and general computer skills

Preferred:

  • 2 years’ experience working with seniors
  • Career experience in customer service, caregiving or a creative field.
  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Gerontology or Humanities
