Program Coordinator

Location

  • Phoenix, AZ (45th St. & University Dr.)

Schedule

  • Monday- Friday, 40 hours 

Scope of Work

  • Program Coordinator acts as a liaison between FSL Home Improvements, the clients/customers, and the funding sources. The Coordinator determines eligibility for all applicants applying for the programs and/or contractors participating in the program.  The Coordinator will help monitor the quality of work performed on homes and may be require to inspect work performed.  Coordinator will create billing documents and submit to the funder.  Coordinator may need to assist FSL Finance/Accounting to submit cost reimbursement billings. Coordinator will follow up on receivables to ensure payments are received by FSL.  The Coordinator will monitor the budgets of each program and will ensure a zero deficit.  The Coordinator will be responsible for creating, maintaining and updating tracking reports that monitor the success of the program. 

Minimum Requirements

  • 18+ years old
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Valid AZ DL and acceptable MVR
  • Pass background check
  • Pass a Pre-employment drug test
  • 2 years’ experience with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Preferred

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • 1 year experience in the construction industry
  • Experience working in the social service industry
  •
