Scope of Work
The part-time Home Health RN provides direct intermittent skilled client care in the home care setting with physicians’ orders and under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor. This RN has a friendly, positive attitude and is an active participant in ensuring that the team’s clients are provided quality services. This RN works well with other team members including office staff, and assists the other members on the team by helping cover visits when necessary. The RN assesses client need and subsequently plans the care, implements the care plan, and then coordinates, evaluates, and supervises the therapeutic services provided by agency staff. The Home Health RN provides quality care in the home environment and has full access to all client records. The Part-Time RN role provides coverage gaps that are needed in the service delivery model.
- Current Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) licensure without sanction.
- Needs to have at least one year medical/surgical nursing experience and experience in working with the elderly/disabled.
- Recommended to have Medicare home health experience.
- Wound/ Wound Vac/ Ostomy experience
- Oasis Experience
